Work History:
While managing a team of 5 employees from our Manila office, my role was to develop and implement fabrication drawings for the production of curtainwall systems for our fabrication line. Teaching others and checking drawings to ensure they were correct before making all the cut lists for the factory. Create Hilti laser setout drawings for site. Optimising of all lengths to minimise wastage in the factory, cut lists for the cnc & saws and input all new extrusions that required precise angle cuts and machining. Curtainwall and Window Wall projects. Curved extrusion drawings and jigs for factory, balustrade fab drawings, and deep subheads to coordinate with mechanical and other services’ requirements. Supplying access holes for mechanical and electrical services to aid site works. Producing drawings to make clear for machining operators. Checking work produced overseas, and essentially being the cad helpdesk. Programs used were AutoCAD 2D & 3D, Navisworks & Revizto,
