General Responsibilities:
Ordering and distribution of materials for all current and future projects Direct contact between all stakeholders:  builders, material suppliers and transport/logistics Unloading of transported materials either by overhead crane or forklift Safe and secure storage of all materials held onsite Logistics and transport management of all fabricated materials to be received onsite to projects Ensuring a clean and safe environment, adhering to all OH&S policies and procedures Managing a team of 15 tradespeople (fabrication, rigging and boiler making)  Attend site meetings and coordinate and manage all aspects of steel and metalworks, to deliver success projects on time and on budget Maintain good communication line and relationship with all customers and builders Assistance to estimating team and quoting on metalworks contracts Assist in keeping Status Report Updated Set up budget and program in co-ordination with Director Maintain budgets and highlight report blowouts to Director
