As an employee, I successfully sell products to customers in a professional manner and consistently met  
monthly profit and sales targets. I effectively promoted the Trade Club Plus & Ambassador programs to  
new customers, utilising provided POS materials and signing up qualified members for these programs.  
Additionally, I proactively contacted average monthly inactive accounts (AMIA) on a weekly basis to  
convert sales leads and explore new business opportunities. I managed stock control functions, including  
the receipt and dispatch of stock, while overseeing the correct use of the National Tiles Point of Sale (POS)  
system. I ensured strict adherence to all National Tiles Trading Terms & Conditions and maintained a high  
standard of uniform and personal appearance as outlined in the National Tiles Policies and Procedures  
Manual.  
Other tasks and processes I complete include;  
• Conducted register balancing and banking daily, promptly reporting any discrepancies to the Account  
Department.  
• Facilitated temporary store transfers as needed.  
• Maintained optimal levels of stationery and consumables within budgetary constraints.  
• Ensured efficient control of credit facilities in accordance with National Tiles’ Terms and Conditions  
of Sale.  
• Oversaw re-ticketing of displays as per instructions from the Procurement Team regarding Company  
Sales and Promotions.  
• Managed stock-line audits by accurately counting all warehouse stock in alignment with Pronto and  
monthly stock takes.  
• Implemented a weekly housekeeping routine within the Trade Area, including dusting, pallet alignment,  
replenishment, rubbish removal, sweeping, maintaining stock presentation quality, and completing the  
Daily Task List as required.

epoxy supplies. Located in Underwood, QLD with a highly- skilled and dynamic team working in a fast-  
paced and diverse warehouse.
