Lead Prjt Mgt Coordinator/ HSE Back-up HSE back-up, fully responsible for Sustainability, Business Continuity and Resiliency programs on site. For 6 months was in charge of Health and Safety standards while the HSE officer was on sick leave. Lead an incident investigation (no penalty on the site). Drafted BCP plans, obtained Corp Financing for a carbon emissions cutting project on site. Organized collection of containerboard for recycling, introduced HSE initiatives to save a total of $15000 in 2021. Obtained Hazardous Waste management certificate. Prepared the site for ISO 50001 certification. Got a top evaluation by management in annual performance assessment. |

L Executive assistant to the CEO L-PACK is a major paper recycling plant in Lipetsk. Coordinated a project for dismantling a paper mill in the Netherlands with further transfer and startup in Russia. Was in charge of sustainability program, designed and created materials for the company website. Customer care, employee induction trainings and English classes for employees. Won several government grants for the company for expanding the business. Represented the company in the trade fairs, exhibitions, local government meetings. Attracted global companies to participate in joint sustainability projects (TetraPak, Pepsico, McDonalds).
