A very successful food industry machine manufacturer needs a Human Resources Generalist to support its growing business. This is a large national business that is offering a long-term position for a HR Generalist that assist in HR duties and recruiting various positions such as tradespeople or engineers to join its successful team.

Your role as a HR Generalist is to provide recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and various HR administrative. This will involve in developing and building relationships with existing and new Staff.

Your key responsibilities are:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
• Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Support benefits administration, including enrollment and inquiries.
• Help ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Assist in organizing training sessions and tracking employee development.
• Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

This role may require travel Locally and, at times, Interstate. It is a full-time position with an excellent wage and potential career growth.

TO APPLY YOU SHOULD HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Previous experience in HR or administrative support is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS is a plus.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
