As General Manager, you will provide leadership and oversee the overall management of key business functions, including:
You will also be responsible for compliance with industry regulations, workforce management (recruitment, training, and performance), and overseeing capital investments and facility operations.
? Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Management, Operations, or a related field.
? Strong financial and accounting knowledge, including budgeting and expense management.
? IT proficiency, including experience with spreadsheets and Microsoft Office.
? Experience with continuous improvement/lean methodologies such as Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean Manufacturing.
? Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams effectively.
