Skills & Experience

• Experience from the construction, fit-out, or refurbishment industry.
• Management skills

• Expertise in contract negotiations, cost control, and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of construction regulations, workplace design trends, and sustainability.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
